What is agency?
In North Carolina, real estate agents may work as Seller's Agents (working for the seller), Buyer's Agents (working for the buyer), or Dual Agents (working for both the seller and buyer). This will be discussed with you in detail and you will receive a brochure titled, "Working With Real Estate Agents". You can then decide what you prefer.

Mountain Lifestyle Real Estate and Referral only deals with agents who are members of the Association of Realtors and have sworn to the Association’s Code of Ethics, however the company does not endorse or guarantee them.
