Code Of Ethics
The National Association of Realtors was founded in 1908 and adopted its Code of Ethics in 1913. As a member of the Association of Realtors, Corpening has sworn to adhere to this strict Code. He also insists that any agent he uses for referral be a member of the Association of Realtors and abide by the Code of Ethics.
The goal of Mountain Lifestyle Real Estate and Referral is to help the serious buyer or seller with their North Carolina High Country real estate needs.
History
Mountain Lifestyle Real Estate and Referral is owned and operated by Andrew “Andy” Corpening. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors, and the Avery/Watauga Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Avery/Banner Elk Chamber of Commerce, and the North Carolina High Country Host.
Prior to his involvement in the real estate business, he worked in the ski resort industry. He is a past President of the North Carolina High Country Host, a past Vice President of the Banner Elk Chamber of Commerce, and served as Secretary for the North Carolina Ski Areas Association. His interests, apart from real estate, include fly-fishing, bluegrass music, and writing.
Also part of the Mountain Lifestyle Real Estate team is Randy Wells. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association or Realtors, and the Avery/Watauga Association of Realtors. Formerly in the insurance business, Randy is also a licensed building contractor. His other interests include snow skiing and water sports.
